CROWN MOVEMENT is pleased to present our official partnership with Iron City Red Deer. As a mental and physical wellness brand, we thought “what better place to establish ourselves but in a gym?”
Iron City is ran by Red Deer local legend Rob Friss, a name known to many in the community. Over the years, he has developed Iron City Strength & Physique to be a staple old school gym in Central Alberta and the home of local powerlifting community. Having seen our vision, Rob welcomes CROWN with open arms and keeps our message alive: the promotion of mental and physical wellness.
With that being said, we proudly present our first physical storefront in Iron City. Over the last few months, we have been working hard to put this space together, to further expand CROWN and have its vision be seen by all. Now, we do not only exist online, but in person as well. We have revamped the entrance of the gym space and have set our apparel up so that passerby’s or gym regulars can see what we are all about. You can now visit us in person at this location to purchase our goods and soon to come “Pick-Up In Store” option.
That’s not all. We HIGHLY encourage those who train or who are looking to get started to check out the inside of the gym, past the CROWN store. It’s an amazing local with a lot of hard built character and charisma. Inside you will find people from all walks of life banding under the banner: working out. There’s a machine for everything, whether you’re hitting chest or slamming your legs. It is an excellent gym and club space, and a family owner Rob Friss has nurtured over the years. We are excited for the future, and cannot wait to see where our ventures go. Expect several events from CROWN and Iron City, intense workout sessions, and more. This is CROWN’s first OFFICIAL home.
