Xavia Nickoriuk, at 19 years of age, is a WNBF Pro Bikini Athlete and a NPAA Elite Pro Bikini Athlete. Her amazing work ethic permeates every aspect of her life especially in her training and dedication to her sport.
Xavia is an awesome individual and we are not only honoured to have her as our FIRST EVER SPONSORED FEMALE ATHLETE, but we are honoured to have her as a part of the Crown Movement Team.
A short autobiography by Xavia Nickoriuk:
When I was 14 years old, I started attending the gym occasionally, and when I was 16, I started going regularly. My mother is someone who has always inspired me and always will. She was the one who first showed me the ropes and introduced me to fitness. As soon as I started lifting, I knew it was my sport. After lifting for 1.5 years, I decided to enter my first bodybuilding competition in October 2021, and I instantly fell in love with the sport. Competing is intellectually and physically challenging.
In my first competition through the WNBF, I came in first overall and earned a pro card as a bikini competitor. In the NPAA, I came in second overall and won the NPAA Elite Pro Bikini title. I had the opportunity to compete in both shows on the pro stage against all the athletes I had always admired. I'll be competing on a professional stage in Dubai in August and a worlds stage in Seattle in November. My current big fitness goal is to compete on a worlds stage which will be happening this November, and to have a 1st place title on a pro stage.
I am currently in my first year of my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and planning on getting a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, I have always had interests in mental health and really enjoy working with children with special needs. Some other passions I have are hiking, travelling and any activity that involves being in the mountains!
My confidence and mental health have improved significantly since I started working out, and I will always advocate that fitness helps mental health. The gym has helped me both physically and emotionally flourish.
